Oval Hexagon Petite in 14k yellow gold with 4x6mm oval moissanite and natural diamonds surrounding, vintage detailing on the shank. It is possible to upgrade to a natural diamond center, please inquire here. Currently a size 6. Without a resize, will ship within 2 business days.
